Digital X-Rays and Sensors
Digital x-rays are better for our dentist and our patients! For Dr. Pascal, they provide a more precise image that's readily available for a more accurate diagnosis. For our patients, they emit 90 percent less radiation than traditional films and leave less footprint on the environment, with no chemicals needed for development.
Laser Dentistry
Laser dentistry is integral in treating periodontal (gum) disease more comfortably and efficiently. The laser can eliminate diseased gum tissue without the need for surgery or cutting, making it more comfortable for our patients. It also sterilizes the treated area, which accelerates the healing process.
At our office we also use the laser for other types of procedures, such as teeth whitening or dental fillings.
VELscope
VELscope uses a special blue light to pinpoint areas of concern that could be early oral cancer. The sooner we can spot oral cancer, the better your chances are of successful treatment and a favorable prognosis.
VELscope is a helpful addition to the visual examination that Dr. Pascal provides at every preventive checkup.
Intraoral Camera
Our intraoral camera gives you an inside look at precisely what Dr. Pascal sees when he examines your teeth and mouth. Full-color pictures of your teeth make it easier to understand why specific treatment procedures are necessary. In addition, they can help you decide what's best for your smile.
Rotary Endodontics
Root canal treatment has never been easier or more comfortable with rotary endodontic tools. These tools are made of nickel-titanium, which is flexible, making it easy to reach the inner canals of your tooth. The tools are also electric, which makes removing infected tissue from inside your tooth easier and more efficient.
Panoramic X-Ray
A panoramic x-ray provides a complete view of your teeth and jawbone. This is useful for planning wisdom teeth extraction, implant dentistry, orthodontic treatment, and diagnosing other concerns.
